We have setup a ZOHO CRM system for 2 users with outlook 365 integration thought the plugin. 

All works fine only i have one question.

On the page of a lead you have the email section.

Here you have following option :

1)sent Emails from CRM

2)All

3)IMAP SHARED USERS. ( and both users are shown ) 

How come i cannot see ALL email ( sent from within ZOHO + sent from OUTLOOK ) when i select ALL ?
