Hello!

I've been trying to configure my office365 as the primary for few accounts and then using a connector to connect to Zoho, so that I can have a hybrid set-up for the users within the same domain. The connector of O365 shows that it can successfully connect to the zoho mx entries, however fails to handover the email to the designated recipient.

The error message which appears is " 550 5.1.10 RESOLVER.ADR.RecipientNotFound; Recipient user@domain.com not found by SMTP address lookup". Any suggestion as to what could be the issue? or is it Zoho which is not accepting messages.

I've tried all the remedies that is required to be done.
