greetings - i see that zoho mail says they don't have issues whever i look online, but there appear to be more than a few of us that are experiencing outages with the blacklisted issue.   can a human being from zoho simple give us a message, "hey, we are having problems, we thought it would be fixed yesterday...but here we are today...it is still broken and we have no idea of the timeline.

just keep your users in the loop...we all undrestand things break.  but the last 24 hours, your customer support has fallen flat.  does it even exist?

thank you for your help and i hope you resolve the issue.  when and what do you think is the timeline from zoho being blacklisted so we can send emails to our clients?
