Email Issues/Observations

When you have the email integrated in to CRM, a few issues:

1. Writing an email then clicking on another module just goes to that module, losing the written response (if you hadn't sent it) (see point 2). This behavior does not happen when you click the Document module - a warning pops up. This should be the case for all interactions once writing an email.

2. Zoho mail (for that is what it is) in CRM does  not auto-save drafts, like gmail. If the above is broken/does not work, then users will lose their emails if they forget to save as draft.

3. As an extension, replying through email magnet thingy and clicking away will lose your reply. Plus, you can't forward an email form that dialog either.

4. When an email is linked to a record, you can open it, you can Reply|Reply All but you cannot Forward. Now I will have to go look for it in my inbox ...while I could just have done it from the record.

It would be nice to see if there are some quick wins in this list., especially 1.
