Hi guys, 

I have a little question about of one capability that I use in Sales Force, 

In SalesForce exist an email which allows answer and customer email and add this email in BCC (Salesforce email or link) and the answers was registered as activity for the account to which the mail belonges.

Do some body know if in Zoho Exist the same capability?
