Our team is experiencing consistent frustration with the email association feature within Zoho CRM. The email association model works well when we only have one deal per customer, but fails miserably when we have multiple deals in progress with a single customer. I find myself fighting the system, re-organizing email associations on a daily basis. I have read the
article outlining the auto-link by deal prediction mechanism. We desire to turn off this feature because incorrect email associations have caused us serious headaches. When speaking with customer service they notified me that this feature can not be disabled therefore I want to bring this issue to the community to see if others are having this problem.
