Email list of clients who are all interested in a specific service

Hi there, i was wondering if it is possible to overview a list of your clients who are all interested in a specific service . in my case it's eg. all client interested in finding a sushi-restaurants. I want to select those clients and send email in 1 action.

In the lead set-up i have added a new field with optionlist (eg sushi-restaurant, steakhouse etc).
