I've been trying to fix this all morning with no success...

With my desktop I'm able to log into ZOHO and I can view calendar and other apps, but when I click on email it get stuck on the LOADING screen with animated icons and stays there. (able access email with my Andriod phone)

- cleared my computer history

- cleared Firefox history

- manually cleared cache

- reinstalled Firefox

It's still stuck on LOADING screen with animated icons...

When I right-click on the LOADING screen and click Inspect Element and Console it reads this message...  Loading failed for the <script> with source “ https://null/zmail/zm/null/js/main.js”.

Please assist...
