First, Zoho is awesome. The "operating system of your company" is real :)
Secondly, I think Zoho Email is missing a lot of options. Okay, great, there is a mailbox but what if you want to really manage your emails? You can't.
Competitors such GrooveHQ, Helpscout and Helpmonks are offering way better alternative to Zoho Mail to cite only but a few. This issue is struggling me because, for me at least, this is the biggest missing feature of Zoho product!
It could be possible that I didn't find or use enough Zoho's products as I'm a newbie who's only testing CRM. So please feel free to enlight me.
