Email Merge fields not working
The email merge fields do not seem to be working for me. After I copy and paste the contact and user merge fields into a template and then select the template, the fields stay as the name of the field and do not "merge in" the actual field data. What am I doing wrong, or is there a security setting in my internet explorer that is not allowing the"merge" to occur(attached is a received email confirming this). Also, is there a setting that when I click on an email address the Zoho email writer will come up rather than my pc email program? Thanks
