Hi everyone!
Sometime between Set 25 and Set 26 all email accounts stopped showing messages, even ones . I only use the Zoho Mail on the web (no desktop email client). I can log in normally, even send emails, but I can’t receive emails and existing emails aren’t listed.
I’ve already checked my domain DNS and payment, my host MX records and payments and the Zoho Control Panel. Everything is correct and nothing was changed since when I first set up the account.
Any insights? Maybe there was some change on the Zoho Mail configuration this weekend?
