email not importing

Hi,
We can't see the .eml files we are importing through the mail.zoho email import system link.mail.zoho.com/mail/jsp/importFolder.jsp

It says it's imported the file but does not appear.
Has anyone got this working and if not is their a way around it?

Also can we upload entire folders or just one .eml file at a time.

Any help would be good.
