Email not received

Hello all,

i have recently added zohomail to my domain that is hosted on another board. as soon as the host doesn't allow to send too Many emails , they suggested me to use Your system

i have set the mx records well, but emails are not sent to my account using the php function mail()

can you tell me why? and Help me with this?
