The problem is that when I send to other domain custom email that is free hosted by outlook.com, ie admin@example2.com

the email doesnt go through.. zoho mail receives the emails alright but it doesnt send from zoho to outlook hosted custom domain email.

Below is the error msg I get, could someone please help me with this??
