Dear team,
I configured zoho email for one of my client. Domain: chemsdeal.com ; Email:
info@chemsdeal.com The mail - mx records seems to be configured properly on the server. All emails will be received and sent correctly. But from last week facing issue when receiving emails from below mentioned emails. The emails not come to us.
We are able to send emails on above email addresses but unable to receive emails. Its pretty difficult to diagnose the exact problem. So i request you to please guide us on the same to resolve the issue asp.
