I can end emails via my Outlook 2013 application but cannot receive any emails, this was working fine and only stopped working sometime in the last few days.

I can receive them on my mobile phone / tablet and via your web app but not in Outlook 2013 on my laptop.

When I check the account setting etc and run a test it says it is all fine but I still don't receive emails.

Help !
