Email Notes/Activities to a specific user

I did a brief search on this subject and found the archives relatively blank. If this has been answered, I apologize but pleased direct me as to where.

I have almost 300 accounts that we process everyday. The updates on each of these accounts need to be emailed to their respective owners. Can we do this via Zoho? If so, how? Which field (activities, events, etc) do we update?
