Email notification for candidates

Hello, 

Can you help me how to set up a certain workflow for candidates?

Scenario:
When a job opening is filled by a qualified candidate/applicant, Zoho Recruit will automatically send thank you email to candidates/applicants who are not able to fill the role.

I have tried exploring different workflows I can think. Please see attached photo for my current workflow. I appreciate your response. Thank you so much! :)
