email notification for new leads
I currently have my website "contact us" for configured to drop into my ZOHO CRM account. I originally had it set up so that when a lead landed in my ZOHO account I would receive and email notice so that I could follow up immediately.
The leads are still coming to my ZOHO account but I am no longer receiving the email notice? Can anyone tell me how to turn this feature back on? The developer who set this up for me is no longer in business.
