This used to work, but stopped a few months ago.
I have a workflow set to send an email notification when a new lead is created via a webform or a lead is edited. Same alert - "Create or Edit"
When the web form is created, the email to the user is sent but the email notification that the lead was created is NOT sent. If I edit the lead, the email notification IS sent.
Is there something else that needs to be done to get the initial create email send.
