Hello, 

I used to receive an email when someone was tagging me in the notes section of an opportunity, contact or company (exemple : @marieelise could you have a look at this opportunity) like this one.

Since a couple of weeks, i don't received those notifications anymore. 

Any idea where i should look to fix this bug ?
