Email notifications based on timezone

We manage our CRM for our global sales team out of the United States, but that means 'office hours' for automation do not work for our global sales team. We have notifications setup so that 15 minutes after a lead comes in from the website an automated response is sent as though it was from their sales rep. But if they send an email outside of normal business hours then that response appears we are in the office when we are not.

Does anyone have a creative way of accomplishing these global email notifications?
