I have opened Task detials. Subject is: "send welcome letter to the customer vie e-mail" - so I am looking around and I can see that there is an e-mail on the Task details - then I click this e-mail and Outlook window appears. Is it possible to configure zoho, to show me CRM mail window whenever I click on the e-mail inside the CRM?
