Email Open Notification in Zoho CRM (Particularly Gmail)- How accurate?
Hi All,
How accurate the Zoho CRM track if the email is open or not by the recipient? I noticed that whenever I send an email to my contact who is using the Gmail service, I get the email open notification right away.
Is there any way to make this thing more robust and accurate?
FYI, I use Gsuite for my official email and using Email Relay functionality in my Zoho CRM to send these emails!
