Email opt out is already enabled. Uncheck to send emails.

Email opt out is already enabled. Uncheck to send emails.

I occasionally get this message.  "Email opt out is already enabled. Uncheck to send emails"   THe problem is there is nothing in the candidate's details to check or uncheck an opt out.  MI can edit and resave a candidate's record to fix this.  Is this issue ever going to be fixed?
