Email outgoing is screwed up, its not sending my emails been 10 hours already

Can you please let us know when you will fix this, it has been 10 hours already since the outgoing mail has failed. according this  http://status.zoho.com

Everything is working %100 what a load of bull****.

Are you going to fix this ASAP or is this going to be down for the next 5 days..
