I have 2 problems:

#1 The mail is getting in very delayed! 

#2 When i send mail from an other mail account then Zoho i get this message: 400 Remote host unexpectedly disconnected (CMD_RCPT_TO)	

#3  i get this error trying to send emails.

ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :The sending IP (74.201.84.163) is listed on https://spamrl.com/. Please resolve this and retry.
