Email problems

Email problems

I am a new user and I have a few issues happening that I need assistance with.

1. When I click on email within a prospect nothing happens.  It is like the email feature isn't working.  Probably tied to problem #2
2. When I was setting up the Zoho email profile I thought I was just adding a private user name later realized that it was showing as my zoho.com email and wasn't as professional as I would have wanted.  When I tried to change it I couldn't as that appears to be a protected field.   So I deactivated what I thought was just that email profile name but it might have done something else.   I think I need to reactivate the email add-on but don't know how to do that.
3. When the email function was working the email templates would not attach to a test email because it said none were saved but when I go to the templates page there are several there.  How do I correct this?
