Email Question

I created a FREE business email that goes with my domain name. I am using network solutions and the directions to verify the account tell me to change where my domain points to. When (if) I do that, wouldn't it move away from the hoster? I would like to get the FREE business account without changing my hosting. Is this possible?

My domain name is www.tailsaroundtown.com
