I have the MS outlook plugin installed.

Please tell me how to keep a history of both sent AND received email sent to a contact AND is logged within the potential module of the CRM?

We are looking to have 5 users use their own PCs/MACs to send and receive emails via MS Outlook from/to our customers and the email, along with its attachments, to be stored/logged under the potential within the CRM.

I have 11 days (1st Feb 2015) left for evaluating and the answer to this question (or work around) is a deal breaker.

Please can someone, zoho employee or otherwise, let me know if the above is possible or a very close alternative.
