Hi, I am new to Zoho and just a very small business (no IT support) and wondered if anyone could help me please?
Can Zoho CRM send email reminders for events?
I can't find any option to do this and I haven't received any kind of notification so far for events I've created.
i.e. when an event is due, I would like an email to remind me on that day.
If this is possible can I use a custom email template?
I have events set up (on annual recurrence) for the date when each customer's contract is due for renewal.
I would like an email sent to me on the day the renewal is due to remind me to invoice them. If possible I would like to add information from fields in the account to the reminder email as well as a message.
e.g.
Service Contract Renewal Due
For: ${Accounts.Account Name}
On: ${Events.Start DateTime}
Amount: ${Accounts.Contract Amount (ex VAT)} (ex VAT)
Visits: ${Accounts.No of Services Per Year}
Units: ${Accounts.Units}
Check all details (no of units, no of visits, price etc) are still correct.
Send renewal invoice ASAP.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
