When I send an email to a lead from Zoho CRM, the reply comes back into my Outlook, but does not go into the leads record in Zoho CRM.  The only way I can get the email reply into the leads record is to copy and paste into the notes  Please advise if Zoho CRM can be setup to automatically receive email replies.
