Email report based on age of last modified date, and time of a specific field.

Hello all,

I am trying to create an email report that will look at the description field of my data capture form, and email me an alert if the data for that particular field has not been updated in "X" days.

Example:
Search the description field for "MP_Controller_HIGH_TEMP" if description matches search then check modified date, if date is 10 days old, then email all serial numbers that have not been updated in 10 days.

Is this possible? If so can you please provide and example.
