it's very frustrating working Zoho Mail because emails are retrieved even after 6 hours. I used Zoho Mail since 2012 but in the last 3 months it become very unusable. 

The same emails are retreived perfectly on time with other mail clients, so it doesn't depend on my POP3 server.

Please can you give me a definitive solution otherwise I have to leave Zoho mail.
