Email Routing keeps Disabling

We are in the process of trying to migrate to Zoho from our old host.  We have configured mail routing to route mail irrespective of whether the account exists in Zoho and it should pass through Zoho to our old host.  We have found that for some reason the status for the advanced email routing has twice now changed to disabled on its own with no further information.  We have sent emails to support@ that have gone unanswered so far so I'm coming here in the hopes that somebody will respond.  We currently do not pay for Zoho but we are also new to the platform and have been talking to sales about our needs.  That said, no response from support at all does not bode well for our future on this platform.
