In the last few days I've noticed that my email search isn't providing all of the results that I'd expect (and sometimes need).

Examples: Searches for emails containing "apple juice" did not provide emails with "apple juice" in the subject line. Searches for "Alice" only returned emails I'd received signed by Alice, and didn't include emails that I'd sent that opened with "Hi Alice."

Is this a common issue? Is there a solution I'm missing?
