[SOLVED] Email sending and receiving blocked

My email account has been blocked since Thursday 29 Nov, and I'm having trouble getting a response from Zoho support. They initially sent me some instructions to run a malware scan (which came up with nothing), change my password (which I had done recently anyway, but did again), terminate active sessions, and enable 2FA (which I had done since Zoho implemented it). I use the account for personal email only and have never spammed anyone. My activity history shows nothing even vaguely out of the ordrinary, so I would really appreciate it if Zoho could unblock my account, or give me something a bit more specific than they think that my account has been compromised due to "malicious activity".
