I need help regarding my email id.My email address discretelogix@posmogo.com is blocked due to security issues which I have no idea why this happens.

There are few spam emails on my account which I deleted.Now I have no idea how to unblock this account.Can you help me out in this issue.

I got this error when sending email:

" Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Email Outgoing Blocked."
