When I send a message from Outlook, it does not show up in my contact email messages as sent or in the send to contacts email message as received.

I have checked the box to attach sent messages to Zoho Contact.

Also it seems that the message sent from Outlook does not show up in the sent message folder in Zoho.

Please advise
