Email sent shows up as email opened almost immediately, even when not opened
When I send an email from Zoho CRM, a few seconds later, I get a notification saying the message has been opened. I have sent to my test accounts and not read the sent email, so I know its not being opened by recipients before getting an opened response. This happens with and without pictures or downloaded pics. I am using IMAP for SalesInbox, Zoho Mail Desktop lite, and Zoho mobile mail app.
Getting notifications saying the email has been opened when I know they have not. Any Ideas as to what is going on?
