email sent with Zoho mail not showing in CRM

email sent with Zoho mail not showing in CRM

Hi,

I am a free user with Mail Add-on. When i send an email to a contact through Zoho mail, it does not show up in the Emails section in the CRM Contact i sent the message to. I am sending the email from the same email address listed in my CRM, but no luck.

Please advise.
