Does anyone know if there is a way to design a macro (orany function) that would basically allow me to schedule a meeting with a contact and, based on the time of the meeting, automatically schedule specific emails X time before that meeting (ex.: I click on the macro and select a date. The macro will send a meeting request based on a template, schedule an email (via template) to be send on a date that is based on the date of the requested meeting (x hours before) and schedule a task to be executed also X hours before the meeting.

Yes, I know that meetings have reminders, but I need extra and I need other types of emails to be send.
