Email Server Settings
Under mail options, Server Settings.
If you select the bullet for (Delete mails in Server whenever I receive mails here) this option is not working good. The mail comes into VO and leaves the copy on the server. Next problem, It also keeps bring that same piece of mail to VO everytime VO does a mail fetch. I had over 500 emails that were on the same item.
I check this test account and there was only one email there.
This bullet so far is the one of two I used so far. The bullet for (Leave all mails in the server) is working OK. I will check the oother settings.
All of the functions were tested in the POP3 mode.
Now for IMAP...
This function imports all the folders on the server but does not show all emails inside them. Also, If I delete the email on VO, isn't it suppose to delete on the server? I noticed that some of the settings for POP3 are the same settings for IMAP. This can not be right. IMAP is a direct link to the mail server and what you do is what is done on the server in real time.
