Hello

i am having a problem setting up an email for a client.

when i set it up in Outlook is keeps failing when it has to connect to incoming mail server. i can however  log in to web mail.

i also checked the settings on imap and pop but i still cant connect to the server . i even tried to set the mail up on my laptop and have another ISP but i am still having the same problem.

these are the settings i used.

i even tries to ping imap.zoho.com but i am getting time out 

am i doing anything wrong or what should i do
