Hi,
currently we are starting to use potential, but there is some strange setup and we are not able to find out from where this is comming. Just when one of my colleague is converting lead to potential this action generates info mail about this to our support center. I am not able find out where in zoho I could change this setup (no findings in automation, templates) below is the picture of mail (personal info I took out). Thanks for help
