email setup with a different host provider

Hi I had my domain hosted with godaddy and mapped to wordpress, and my email domain with zoho, everything was working fine.
Now i have switched from godaddy to bluehost and stopped the domain mapping to wordpress. I am trying to add the bluehost setting for my email, i added The MX  record successfully however i can't add the CNAME bcz it needs re verification of the domain which i am unable to find out how to do it. 
I can only send emails but i still can't receive.

Any idea how to resolve this or any guide out there that tells you what to do with ur zojo email when u switch you hosting provider.
