My Setup for domain xyz.com

 

1) I have a domain xyz.com which is registered with Godaddy Inc

2) Email and Web Hosting is under a company Fastwebhost.

3) I have two email accounts under this hosting abc@xyz.com and abc@blackberry.xyz.com (Both are separate individual mailboxes)

 

My Transition to Zoho for Email service

1) Setup the accounts, verified domain ownership and steps relevant

2) Made changes to Godaddy for MX records, but that didn't work. So then I realized the Namservers in Godaddy for my domain xyz.com was pointing to the hosting company Fastwebhost

3) Contact the customer support, I made changes in the MX Entries  - Cpanel of the hosting under Fastwebhost, after which mails started working - Incoming and Outgoing.

4) How do I go about creating the other subdomain email abc@blackberry.xyz.com in Zoho, so that I can receive emails on that individual mailbox. Where are the settings going to be done in Zoho and Fastwebhost.
