The funcionality of gathering all emails in a client CRM page is perfect but there is a huge problem. I have allready speak with Zoho support about this
A company has not only persons - users of zoho but also emails for departments and alias etc etc.
I need to be able to see all the communication from my company to a client. This means that should be a way to sync all emails, not only zoho use emails. i use for example
and many others.
How should we sync all email when the system lets you sync only user emails (not mention that also users have many times 2 mails which is more or less the same problem). It is obvious that we can not buy users like
customercare@myorg.com only to sync the emails. So please give a solution to this problem. A CRM that claims to gather email data for a user should have this functionality. Half funcionality is no functionality. I am using 2 months the CRM and i already have to search othe email acoounts about, issues, economical emails and other.
