Hello, I have been using Zoho mail for more than a year with my iPhone and Outlook. With iPhone, everything works totally fine (IMAP). Now, for Outlook, I set it up with IMAP at first and everything worked fine except that Calendar did not work. So, I changed to ActiveSync and am able to use calendar on Outlook, which all changes are synchronized on my iPhone Calendar. However, now the problem is synchronization of emails among read, unread, and/or deleted emails.
I use two laptops and a smartphone. At any given moment, I will be checking my emails using one of those devices. When I read emails on my laptops, it seems like any deletion or read status are correctly reflected on my iPhone end. As a result, I basically have to read and delete all emails three times due to this synchronization issue. What should I do to be able to eliminate redundancy of reading/deleting emails?
