Email / Task Integration - Linking Email to Task
Is there a way to associate the email from within which I created the Task to that Task. Or is there a way to associate the Email to a Calendar Event. It seems natural to want to follow up on an email and have the email content at your fingertips when you make the follow up either by phone or email via reply?
Why am I not seeing the Description and the email that is supposed to be associated with the Task???
Do I need to enable a feature in Zoho Business?? Thank you.
